What payment services do you support?
We accept all major credit cards.
Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling your plan comes into effect the following your contracted end date. Please email us at support@ezanti.com.
Can I update my card details?
Yes. Go to the billing section of your dashboard and update your payment information or email us at support@ezanti.com.
Can I try eZanti for free?
While we may offer a demo of the product, we do not offer a free version.
How long are your contracts?
We offer both monthly and annual plans. Annual plans receive a 10% discount. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your monthly account at any time with no further obligation.
Can I get refund?
Unfortunately, not at this time.
Can I request custom widgets?
Absolutely! While we offer certain widgets an integrations, we are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure your product is a perfect fit for you.
Are the websites fully responsive?
Yes, our websites are both mobile friendly and responsive. They are measured to meet Google's standards. More specifically, we created eZanti as a mobile first solution to increase conversion rate. Nothing is hidden and all content is properly formatted. We even simplified Calls To Action on mobile to increase conversion rates!
How long does it take to get started?
We are quick! However, this will depend on your needs. If there is no website design needed or we use one of our standard design templates, you can be up and running within 1-2 weeks. With custom designs or integrations, it may take up to 3-4 weeks to be fully launched.
Can I edit the meta data of a page?
Yes. Go to the SEO section of your dashboard and update as you see fit.
Can I request additional support levels?
Of course! We are happy to offer our support team to fit your organization's needs.
